Honey Blossom or “Mi Lan Xiang” is an ancient tea that dates back to the Song Dynasty. It is one of the most renowned types of Phoenix Mountain oolong teas. This tea is semi-oxidized to help bring out the honey-like aroma and flavor of the tea. It also has a subtle fruitiness with a dry-sweet aftertaste.
