Velvet Haze or “Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong” is historically known as the first smoked black tea. The pinewood smoking highlights its unique fruitiness and gentle character. The tea feels soft and thick when it coats the mouth. Although the tea is lightly smoked, it is perfectly balanced and not overpowering. Its delicate notes of stone fruits complement its light peppermint finish.
